Deniz moved to Canada five years ago for UBC and fell in love with Marketing soon after that. She loved the idea of wearing different hats every day with a team of passionate people and having the opportunity to combine her individual work with others to create something bigger than herself. Deniz has a very analytical background thanks to her chess career, and seeing how that mixes so well with her creative side in university has made her very hopeful about finding a job and a company that would allow her to do some valuable work and grow both as a person and a professional!
